Justice Hall Renovation - Damba
Damba´s Justice Hall is located in an old colonial house that isn´t adequately adapted to the current functions.
The project proposes a significant change to the existing structure, in particular the internal organization, to comply with the services program. The proposed concept proposes the use of the ground floor for costumer reception, public events, and technical areas, reserving the upper floor for offices of different departments and administration.
It is also including significant external changes, like the removal of the property walls in the front of the plot to guarantee a closer relationship with the public spaces, parking areas for staff inside to compound and the redesign of the gardens in the back, to enable the holding of events.
