As part of a requalification plan of the Botanic Park of Quilombo, in N’Dalatando, the country club project aimed to reuse an old colonial buildings, which are currently in ruins, to create a hotel facilities for visitors and government staff. In response to the intervention program, the existing building was planned to serve as a reception, restaurant, living room and to include administrative and technical areas. New buildings were planned for the accommodation of guests (bungalows), changing rooms and a terrace to support the swimming pool and a guardhouse for access control and security of the premises. The project sought to renovate the existing building respecting the original features, as well as maintaining some image relationship with the new constructions.
