Provincial Government Building Huíla

This project arises from the need to create adequate facilities for the directorates of the Provincial Government of Huíla. For this purpose, it was decided to build a new set of buildings with the capacity to accommodate all the services.

The proposal seeks to reduce the impact of the buildings on the landscape, which would necessarily assume significant dimensions, resorting to a judicious use of the topography and the concentration of functions, integrating whenever possible outdoor leisure spaces.

This project is part of a set of interventions for the requalification of the natural surroundings along the Mucufi River, in the central area of Lubango.

In addition to facilities for the 18 Provincial Directorates, which were designed according to current needs and the possible growth of services, the complex also includes reception areas for citizens, meeting and conference spaces, cafeteria and leisure areas for employees and outdoor parking areas.
