Master Plan - Tucuve Housing Land Reserve

The Tucuve Land Reserve was the first area in Menongue to be the target of planning actions, aimed at urban expansion in Menongue and the creation of new centralities. Sinfic and SUB were in charge of developing the general Master Plan for the land reserve (1024 ha) and the detailed plan for the execution unit 1 and 2, covering a total of 300 ha. The detailed plan formalizes a total of 1,785 dwellings, in a total of 1,190 lots divided into different types of housing, together with areas of public facilities and service areas.
